Maintenance Worker

Position Title: Maintenance Worker

-         Assist with the maintenance of EnDev Enterprises facilities; current and future

Primary Duties:

-         Performs general maintenance and repair responsibilities ( but not limited to)  in the areas of: H/vac systems,  plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting,

-         Inspect vendors work while in progress to ensure proper quality quantity from work performed.

-         Coordinate, organize, and schedule with Management: (all help work day to assist with selected maintenance items)

-         Perform routine maintenance and annual inspections of all building systems.

-         Maintain property appearance, equipment and systems to ensure operational performance and operational efficiency and safety.

-         Maintain preventative maintenance program on all equipment.

-         Ensure efficient response and resolutions to all building emergencies.

-         Assist with organizing warehouse.

-         Assist in ordering and maintaining a standard level of inventory.    

-         Participate in safety/ emergency training programs provided by Management.

-         Willing to share on call responsibilities to provide emergency and off-hour facilities support.

-         Coordinate, organize, and schedule building repair and maintenance.

-          

-         2-5 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or related activity.

-         Valid California Drivers License and clean DMV record.

-         Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook, Access,)

-         Strong knowledge of H/VAC systems.

-         Some knowledge of Basic Electrical wiring, Plumbing: sanitary waste, cold and hot water piping.

-         Possess knowledge to safety and effectively use building maintenance tools and equipment.

-         Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks.

-         Excellent Communication Skills

-         Ability to perform with limited instructions and supervision.

-         Ability to effectively analyze situations, develop effective courses of action, act quickly with good judgment.

-         Ability to maintain accurate material and labor costs and produce maintenance reports.

-         Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

Physical demands or requirements:

-         Standing, bending, stooping and lifting weights up to and including 50 lbs. Will be required.
